The problem
Medical record requests were hard to track across triage, collection, review, distribution, and archival, and stalled requests tied up revenue through outstanding denials.
What it did
Created a streamlined, customizable process flow, integrated into the organization’s core electronic medical records system so documents from internal and external sources attach directly to the platform. It provided detailed visibility into stalled revenue for outstanding denials and reduced additional-document-request time for quicker CMS resolution and payment.
