Senior Product Manager · Fintech & Healthcare
I am a Senior Product Manager with more than 10 years of experience building and scaling products in fintech and healthcare technology. My background includes payments, rewards, credit card platforms, compliance with KYC and fraud, API platforms, and data-driven optimization. I have led initiatives that improved revenue growth, streamlined operations, and strengthened risk controls, including launching rewards systems and payout platforms and modernizing financial infrastructure with real-time ledgers. Earlier in my career, I developed B2B healthcare solutions for home health and hospice providers, which gave me a strong foundation in regulated industries. I am known for shipping high-impact products and working closely with technical, legal, and operational teams to deliver scalable solutions that align user value with company outcomes.

Outcome-driven case studies across fintech, healthcare, and AI systems.

A persistent AI operating system I designed and then audited: typed memory, a confirmed-rules loop, and a two-pass secrets gate across 100+ files with zero leaks.

Traced a $48k reconciliation gap to its source, and proved a separate $5,989.70 exposure was real, growing about 10x, and scoped correctly.

PII is stripped from every dataset before an agent ever sees it. Deterministic hashing preserves every join a check depends on, so sanitized data is exactly as analytically useful as the original.

A live production MCP server that turns documented product knowledge into something anyone can query through Claude, in Slack or elsewhere. $0/mo hosting.

A self-funded engagement loop that turned wallet balances into sweepstakes entries, giving users a reason to reinvest instead of instantly withdrawing earned cash.

A seasonal gamification system built into a live, revenue-generating consumer app, combining daily tasks with a 45-day progression loop and a new virtual currency.

A 0-to-1 e-signature product for physicians and home health agencies that replaced fax workflows and generated $3k MRR per B2B customer.

Turned a bespoke, year-long bank implementation into a configurable product, then deployed it at US Bank to bring their treasury onboarding back into compliance.

Bob helped shape digital services for San Francisco in 2016 - 2018. Using OnBase as his platform he worked with our team to create a behind the scenes solution connecting multiple systems and products but making it seamless to the constituent. He is a wonderful thought partner; sensitive to business needs, innovative, knowledgeable, nimble and humble. This is someone you want on your team. We will miss him in our organization as he moves back into the healthcare space.
I have had the pleasure of working with Bob on several products. He is great at listening to customers and their business challenges, then designing solutions to address those challenges. He also has an excellent ability to clearly describe his product vision and business problems to his product development teams. He is extremely detailed oriented, which allows him to fully think through all aspects of the solution. His attention to detail produces well thought out user experiences, products that address the business needs, and ultimately successful product launches. During the product development phase, he has been flexible working with customers on reducing requirements to minimal viable product to ensure an on time deployment while avoid scope creep. Bob is a very well rounded individual, and hope to have the opportunity to work with him in the future.
I worked alongside Bob closely during his time at Benjamin, and he was hands down the person I leaned on most. Whenever I hit a wall, he was my first call. Half the time he already had the answer, and the other half he'd just roll up his sleeves and work through it with me until we figured it out. That kind of reliability is rare, and it's the first thing I think of when I think of Bob. What still amazes me is how much he shipped without the quality ever slipping. He owned our rewards roadmap, built out the KYC and onboarding work, and led some of the trickier infrastructure projects that kept us compliant as we scaled. It honestly felt like every release we put out had Bob in it somewhere. If something needed doing, Bob was usually already on it, whether or not it technically fell to him. He made the people around him better, mine included, and he did it without ever making it about himself. I've worked with a lot of talented product people, and Bob sits right at the top of that list. Any team would be lucky to have him, and I'd jump at the chance to work with him again.
