MoMo Runner — Game Payout Restructure
Redesigned a milestone payout system for an ad-monetized game that was bleeding cash, turning it profitable while protecting retention.

The problem
MoMo Runner, an ad-monetized game in the Benjamin app, was losing $500 to $3,000 per day due to a misaligned CPI-style reward system that front-loaded cash payouts.
What I did
- Designed a milestone payout system to better match ad-based revenue streams by adjusting reward amounts and delaying early milestones.
- Relaunched the game after a temporary shutdown, framed as the end of a Beta phase to maintain trust and transparency.
