A 0-to-1 e-signature product for physicians and home health agencies that replaced fax workflows and generated $3k MRR per B2B customer.
The problem
The traditional healthcare order-signing process ran on fax. Busy physicians juggled multiple passwords and slow turnaround, and agencies had little visibility into where an order stood. The product needed a secure digital alternative that fit how physicians actually work.
The product
WorldView E-Signature replaced fax with a secure digital alternative built for busy physicians: seamless authentication through a verification-code system (no multiple passwords), quick review and batch signing, enhanced communication between physicians and home health agencies, and automated final steps in the process.
Product build
To bring the product to market swiftly and cost-effectively, we evaluated third-party vendors like OneSpan, HelloSign, and DocuSign but found them costly. Leveraging our foundational software, Hyland OnBase, and collaborating with Astral Innovations and e-Venturers, we executed an efficient in-house build, delivered within a quarter and within budget through careful scope prioritization.
