Treasury Management Onboarding
Turned a bespoke, year-long bank implementation into a configurable product, then deployed it at US Bank to bring their treasury onboarding back into compliance.

The problem
Treasury Onboarding began as a project-based implementation catered to each bank, with discovery and delivery that could extend beyond a year. As solution architect I helped tailor the bespoke solution into a configurable, out-of-the-box product, reducing development overhead so implementation teams could focus on business rules and process. I then implemented it for US Bank, replacing their unsupported Lotus Notes based treasury onboarding and bringing that software back into compliance.
What the platform did
- Real-time SLA tracking and a single platform giving sales and management progress visibility at any time, with automated notifications at key process points.
- Salesforce and core-banking (Hogan) integration to eliminate duplicate entry, plus DocuSign contract signing and automated billing extraction.
- Automated agreement and addendum generation from setup-form data, with template-based contract configuration.
- Codeless configuration: a smart-forms logic engine and drag-and-drop form builder to reduce IT dependencies.
Stack
Hyland OnBase, Hogan core banking API, DocuSign, Salesforce, with web service, flat file, XML, and SQL integration methods.
